摘要
近年来,抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、类固醇皮质激素逐渐被广泛应用于黄斑水肿的治疗。然而,这些药物的作用期限相对有限,因此需要定期进行注射以维持治疗效果。地塞米松玻璃体内植入剂是一种缓释药物制剂,通常用于治疗与视网膜相关的疾病,一般药效可维持6个月左右。考虑到黄斑水肿发病中VEGF升高、炎症作用同时存在,已有部分学者研究抗VEGF药物联合地塞米松玻璃体内植入剂的治疗方案。该研究就抗VEGF药物联合地塞米松玻璃体内植入剂在黄斑水肿中的临床应用进展进行综述。
In recent years,anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)agents and corticosteroids have been gradually and widely applied in the treatment of macular edema.However,the duration of action of these medications is relatively limited,requiring regular injections to maintain therapeutic effects.Dexamethasone intravitreal implants are a sustained-release drug formulation commonly used to treat retinal-related diseases,with their effect generally lasting around six months.Considering the simultaneous presence of elevated VEGF and inflammatory processes in the pathogenesis of macular edema,some researchers have studied the combination of anti-VEGF drugs and dexamethasone intravitreal implants as a treatment strategy.This article reviews the clinical application progress of combining anti-VEGF drugs and dexamethasone intravitreal implants in macular edema.
