复方樟柳碱结合阿柏西普对糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者视功能、CMT及眼压变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察并分析对糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者在常规药物(阿柏西普)治疗基础上应用复方樟柳碱的实际效果。方法:样本时间:2020年5月~2023年6月;地点:本院;样本量:120例(120眼);样本对象:糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者;分组法:阿拉伯数字分配法。对照组(n=60)、观察组(n=60)分别给予常规药物(阿柏西普)治疗、联合复方樟柳碱治疗。对比两组最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心区厚度(Central Macular Thickness,CMT)、血清指标以及眼压变化。结果:在应用联合方案后,观察组最佳矫正视力、CMT及血清指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。两组各阶段眼压变化对比无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:对糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者在常规药物(阿柏西普)治疗基础上应用复方樟柳碱,可使病情得到良好控制,避免持续进展,继而改善糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者各项临床指标,疗效确切。 Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of compound anisodine on patients with diabetic macular edema on the basis of conventional drugs(arbocept).Methods:Sample time:From May 2020 to June 2023;Venue:This Hospital;Sample size:120patients(120eyes);Sample subjects:patients with diabetic macular edema;Grouping method:Arabic numeral distribution method.Control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)were treated with conventional drugs(Albocept)and combined with compound anisuline,respectively.The best corrected visual acuity,macular central area thickness(Central Macular Thickness,CMT),serum index and iOP were compared between the two groups.Results:After applying the combination regimen,the best corrected visual acuity,CMT and serum indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of compound anisodine in the treatment of diabetic macular edema on the basis of conventional drugs(albocept)can make the disease well controlled,avoid continuous progression,and then improve the clinical indicators of diabetic macular edema patients,with accurate efficacy.
