摘要
面对观众日益增长的多元化科普服务需求,科技馆传统的展厅服务需要拓展与创新,开展多维度多层次的展教融合服务。本文以广西科技馆的展厅改造和服务实践为案例,提出展品体验与教育活动体验在空间上破壁融合、在服务内容上进行融合创新设计,提供“启发+对比+交流+互动解疑”“动手+验证+求真”等探究式服务,将展厅间的服务串联衔接。同时邀请多元化主体丰富展厅“科普展览+”“主题科普+”等服务内容,实现科技馆高质量的展厅服务,满足观众的多层次需求,提升现代化科技馆体系服务能力建设。
Faced with the increasing demand for diversified science popularization services from audiences,the traditional exhibition hall services of science museums need to be expanded and innovated,and multi-dimensional and multi-level exhibition and teaching integration services need to be carried out.This article takes the exhibition hall renovation and service practice of Guangxi Science and Technology Museum as a case study,proposing the integration of exhibit experience and educational activity experience in space,innovative design in service content,and mutual integration,provide inquiry based services such as“inspiration+comparison+communication+interactive problem-solving”and“hands-on+verification+truth-seeking”,connect the services between the exhibition halls and invite diverse entities to enrich the service content of the exhibition halls,such as“Science Popularization Exhibition+”and“Theme Science Popularization+”,to achieve high-quality exhibition hall services in science and technology museums,meet the multi-level needs of visitors,and enhance the service capacity of modern science and technology museum systems.
