摘要
为了研究跨介质飞行器出入水过渡过程,研制一套静液驱动出入水装置。针对跨介质飞行器出入水装置中多台液压马达高动态高速同步控制要求,以及高速运行中闭环转速控制与零转矩控制平稳切换等需求,分析比较马达一次侧调节和二次侧调节的控制特性,采用高动态、高性能的二次调节静液驱动方案,提出马达闭环转速控制与零转矩控制平稳切换的控制策略以及多台液压马达共轴同步控制算法,设计跨介质飞行器出入水装置二次调节液压系统和控制系统,并对整个系统进行仿真分析。结果表明:设计的出入水装置采用多台液压马达共轴同步驱动,能使跨介质飞行器模型以20 m/s的速度实现匀速出入水和自由出入水;马达二次调节液压和控制系统设计合理,满足跨介质飞行器出入水装置试验工况需求。
In order to study the transition process of diving into and leaping out of the water for the trans-media aircraft,a hydrostatic drive water entry-and-exit device was developed.Aiming at the requirements of high dynamic and high speed synchronous control for multiple hydraulic motors of water entry-and-exit device of the trans-media aircraft,as well as smooth switching between closed rotation speed control and zero torque control in high speed operation,the control characteristics of primary regulation and secondary regulation were compared and analyzed,and the secondary control of hydraulic motor with high dynamic and high performance was adopted.The control strategy of smooth switching between closed rotation speed control and zero torque control,and the synchronous control algorithm for coaxial multiple hydraulic motors were proposed.The secondary regulation hydraulic system and control system of water entry-and-exit device of the trans-media aircraft were designed,and the whole system was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the device is driven synchronously by multiple hydraulic motors,which can make the trans-media aircraft model achieve uniform entry and exit of water and free entry and exit of water at the speed of 20 m/s.The design of the hydraulic and control system of the secondary motor is reasonable,which can meet the test requirements of the entry-and-exit device of the trans-media aircraft.
