摘要
针对目前果园管理中疏花(疏果)作业主要依靠手工完成、机械化装备短缺等问题,设计了新型履带式双节臂苹果疏花机。针对矮化密植果园种植模式,疏花机通过两段作业角度可调的疏花节臂来适应不同树形果树的疏花作业。通过对整机结构及其关键部件进行设计和分析,得出机构应选用的电动推杆尺寸;通过ADAMS软件对疏花机构进行运动仿真分析,得出推杆行程变化范围;通过ADAMS软件对疏花机构进行动力学仿真分析得出:当疏花机构转速为280~400 r/min时,疏花元件对果树枝条的作用力范围为4.75~9.57 N,满足疏花作业作用力要求。样机田间试验结果表明:疏花机设计结构合理,疏花效果良好,完全满足果园疏花作业要求。
A new type of crawler type double arm apple thinning flower machine had been designed to address the issues of manual completion and shortage of mechanized equipment in current orchard management.For the planting mode of dwarf dense planting orchards,this thinning flower machine adapted to the thinning flower operation of different tree shapes of fruit trees through two adjustable flower thinning arms.By designing and analyzing the overall structure and its key components,the size of the electric push rod that should be selected for the mechanism was determined.Perform motion simulation analysis on the thinning mechanism using ADAMS software to determine the range of changes in the stroke of the push rod.Through dynamic simulation analysis of the thinning flower mechanism using ADAMS software,it was found that when the speed of the thinning flower mechanism was 280-400 r/min,the force range of the thinning element on the fruit tree branches was 4.75-9.57 N,which met the requirements of thinning operation force.Trial production of a prototype and field experiments had shown that the fruit tree thinning machine had a reasonable design structure and good thinning effect,fully meeting the requirements of orchard thinning operations.
