摘要
目的:探究个体化围溶栓期护理措施在急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择滨州市中心医院2022年12月—2023年12月收治的80例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分成参照组(采取围溶栓期日常规范化护理措施)与研究组(采取个体化围溶栓期护理措施),各40例。比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:治疗后24 h、3 d、7 d时,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分降低,研究组低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P=0.032);研究组满意度高于参照组(P=0.034)。结论:个体化围溶栓期护理措施在急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓中的应用效果较佳,可有效减轻神经功能缺损程度,减少并发症发生,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized peri-thrombolytic nursing measures in patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with intravenous thrombolysis.Methods:Eighty patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(receiving daily standardized nursing measures during the peri-thrombolytic period)and a study group(receiving individualized peri-thrombolytic nursing measures),with 40 cases in each group.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:At 24 hours,3 days,and 7 days after treatment,the Natianal Institntes of Health Stroke Scale scores in both groups decreased,with the study group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.032).The satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).Conclusion:The application of individualized peri-thrombolytic nursing measures in intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke patients demonstrates superior efficacy,effectively reducing the degree of neurological deficit,decreasing the incidence of complications,and improving patient satisfaction.
