铜尾矿粉和低品位硅粉对混凝土性能的影响

摘要 研究了活化方式(机械活化、碱活化)对铜尾矿粉活性的影响,在此基础上研究了活化铜尾矿粉、低品位硅粉的掺量(0、3%、6%、9%)对混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:相较于碱活化,机械活化对铜尾矿粉活性的改善效果更好,最佳粉磨时间为40 min;随着活化铜尾矿粉掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性、抗压强度、干燥收缩性能基本降低,抗氯离子渗透性能和抗冻性能先增后降,活化铜尾矿粉的最佳掺量为6%;随着低品位硅粉掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性、60~90 d抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能和抗冻性能均先增后降,3~28 d抗压强度增大,干燥收缩性能降低,低品位硅粉的最佳掺量为6%。 The effect of activation method(mechanical activation,alkali activation)on the activity of copper tailings powder was investigated,and based on this,the effects of the content(0,3%,6%and 9%)of activated copper tailings powder and low grade silica fume on the workability,mechanical property,and durability of concrete were investigated.The results show that,compared with alkali activation,mechanical activation is more effective in improving the activity of copper tailings powder,and the optimal grinding time is 40 min.With the increase of the content of activated copper tailings powder,the workability,compressive strength and drying shrinkage performance of the concrete basically decrease,and the chlorine ion penetration resistance and frost resistance first increase and then decrease,and the optimum content of activated copper tailings powder is 6%.With the increase of the content of low grade silica fume,the workability,60~90 d compressive strength,chlorine ion penetration resistance and frost resistance of concrete first increase and then decrease,the 3~28 d compressive strength increases,the drying shrinkage performance decreases,and the optimum content of low grade silica fume is 6%.
