胶凝材料粉磨程度与性能关系研究

摘要 本文以水泥熟料、矿渣、粉煤灰为对象,研究了各材料的粉磨程度与性能关系。研究结果表明,各原材料在20到60min内粉磨效率最高;熟料粉磨时间>70min以后颗粒分布整体变窄,矿渣粉磨时间>50min以后颗粒分布整体变窄,粉煤灰粉磨时间>60min以后颗粒分布变化不明显;熟料强度随粒径的减小,呈现先增加后减小的趋势,矿粉的活性指数随着D50的减小而提升,粉煤灰粒径对3d活性影响不大,但随着粒径的减小28d活性有所提升。 In this paper,the relationship between the grinding degree and the properties of cement clinker,slag and fly ash was studied.The results show that the grinding efficiency of each raw material is the highest within 20 to 60 min.The overall particle distribution narrowed after the clinker grinding time>70min,the particle distribution narrowed after the slag grinding time>50min,and the particle distribution did not change significantly after the fly ash grinding time>60min.The clinker strength increased first and then decreased with the decrease of particle size,and the activity index of slag increased with the decrease of D50.The particle size of fly ash had little effect on the 3d activity,but the 28d activity increased with the decrease of particle size.
