新型防水密实剂对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 研究了防水密实剂对混凝土拌合物和易性、水化产物、抗压强度、吸水率、抗氯离子渗透性能以及抗冻性能的影响,结果表明:引入防水密实剂前、后混凝土胶凝材料的水化产物一致;采用混凝土常规制备工艺即可制得工作性能适宜的防水密实剂混凝土;防水密实剂可以使混凝土在不同养护条件具有较好的抗压强度;防水密实剂能够显著提高混凝土结构的致密性,从而有效降低混凝土吸水率、提高其抗氯离子侵蚀能力和抗冻性能。防水密实剂可以较好抑制腐蚀介质的侵入,进而提升混凝土在海洋环境下的耐久性能。 The effects of waterproofing compacting admixture on the workability,hydration product,compressive strength,water absorption,resistance to chloride penetration and frost resistance of concrete mixture were tested.The results showed that the type of the hydration products of the cementitious materials were same before and after the addition of the waterproofing compacting admixture.The concrete with suitable performance could be prepared by the conventional concrete preparation process.The concrete could have better compressive strength under different curing conditions,and the densification of concrete structure could be significantly improved by addition of the waterproofing compacting admixture.Therefore,the water absorption of concrete could be effectively reduced,and the resistance to chloride penetration and resistance of frost could be improved.The waterproofing compacting admixture could better inhibit the invasion of corrosive media,and then improve the durability of concrete in marine environment.
