摘要
研究了高抱紧力下3种硅脂对硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:在一定抱紧力和温度下,氟化硅脂对硅橡胶具有较好的抗溶胀能力。在3种硅脂中,氟化硅脂对硅橡胶表现出的溶胀效应最弱,即使在高抱紧力和高温度作用下,涂覆氟化硅脂硅橡胶仍保持优异的耐电压性能。
Effect of three kinds of silicone grease on the performance of silicone rubber was studied.The results show that under certain clamping force and temperature,fluorinated silicone grease has good anti swelling ability for silicone rubber.Among the three types of silicone grease,fluorinated silicone grease exhibits the weakest swelling effect on silicone rubber,and even under high clamping force and high temperature,the coated fluorinated silicone grease silicone rubber still maintains excellent voltage resistance performance.
