摘要
文中以进口X硅脂和国产XJ硅脂为研究对象,对其物理性能及化学性能进行分析对比,通过一系列实验(包含:外观指标、性能指标、成分、高温破片扩散性、O型圈相溶性试验、阶梯性高温试验以及冷热循环试验)验证两种硅脂的一致性与其在产品应用中的可靠性,推进GIS产品用硅脂的国产化,为企业稳定生产和降本增效提供保障。
In this paper,the imported X Silicone grease and domestic XJ Silicone grease are taken as the research object,their physical and chemical properties are analyzed and compared.Through a series of experiments(including appearance index,performance index,composition index,diffusion of high temperature fragments,phase-soluble test of“O”ring,step high temperature test and cold as well as hot cycle test),the consistency of the two kinds of Silicone greases and their reliability in the application of product are verified,which promotes localization of Silicon grease for GIS product and provides guarantee for stable production and cost reduction.
