基于电池测试平台的系统辨识综合实验设计

Comprehensive experiment design for system identification based on battery tester

摘要 随着发展新质生产力需求不断增加,传统研究生课程培养亟需升级换代。系统辨识作为研究生控制类专业的核心课程,其课内实验往往针对特定数据集或由特定系统模型生成的数据集,经计算机仿真模块,采用最小二乘算法等经典辨识算法以及神经网络辨识算法,进行系统模型和参数的辨识,传统实验教学过程中缺乏对真实控制系统的理解和应用。考虑新能源背景下的锂离子电池建模需求,结合江苏省机器人重点实验室的电池测试平台,设计了从电池建模、参数和状态联合估计的系统辨识综合实验,实现了控制理论和工程相结合的教学案例,对培养学生的工程科学思维、工程系统思维与工程创新思维具有深远意义。 With the increasing demand for new quality productive forces,the tradional courses of graduate student cultivation also needs to keep up with the trend.System identification is a core control course in control engineering,whose experiments aim to model system structure and identify parameters of special datasets by least squares algorithms and neural networks with computer aided modules.The traditional teaching contents lack of the concepts of true system and application.Lithium ion battery modelling in the era of new energy is considered in the experiment design and battery tester of Jiangsu Engineering Lab for IOT Intelligent Robots is constructed.A comprehensive experiment of battery modelling,parameter and state estimation is proposed to combine control theory with engineering example,thus help to improve the thinking of engineering science,system and innovation.
