摘要
系统参数辨识是控制系统分析、设计的重要依据。针对直线运动控制系统设计了参数辨识实验。建立了被控对象的数学模型,使用Simulink软件开发了基于正弦扫频信号的系统参数辨识方案。通过自动代码生成技术,将系统辨识程序下载到运动控制卡上进行模型参数辨识实验,并连续记录实验数据。在Matlab环境下,利用多元线性回归函数进行模型参数辨识。采用Simulink对辨识的模型的动态特性进行控制仿真,并与实验结果进行对比。实验表明,基于Matlab和Simulink的直线运动控制系统参数辨识实验操作简便、可靠,有利于学生加深对模型辨识理论的理解并提高工程应用能力。
System parameter identification is an important basis for control system analysis and design.The parameter identification experiment for the linear motion control system is designed.The mathematic model of the plant is built,and the system parameter identification scheme is developed using the Simulink software.By the automatic code generation technology,the system identification program can be downloaded to the motion control card to perform the model parameter identification experiment,and the experimental data can be continuously recorded.In the Matlab environment,the model parameter was identified using the multiple linear regression function.The dynamic characteristic simulation of the control system was performed with Simulink,and the experimental result was compared to the simulation re?sult.The experiment shows that,the system parameter identification experiment for linear motion control system based on Matlab and Simulink is easy to operate and reliable,which help students to better un?derstand the model identification theory and improve the engineering practice ability.
