摘要
痛经是一种常见的妇科疾病,多见于年轻女性,发作时可严重影响患者正常的生活、学习和工作。中医药在治疗痛经上具有独特的优势,而其中的芳香类中药因其辛香走窜之性,在防治痛经方面具有良好效果,可起到温经散寒、行气活血、化瘀散结而止痛的功效,在预防、治疗痛经上收效甚佳。基于此,本文以中医芳香疗法为基点,探究并挖掘芳香类中药在痛经预防及治疗中的应用,以期为痛经的研究和防治提供更系统的参考和借鉴。
Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease,mostly seen in young women,and when it occurs,it can seriously affect the patient's normal life,study and work.Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,and the aromatic drugs have good effects in the prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea because of their pungent and aromatic nature,which can warm menstruation and dissipate cold,move qi and activate blood circulation,dissolve blood stasis and dissipate knots and relieve pain,which is very effective in the prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea.Based on this,this paper explores and explores the application of aromatic Chinese medicines in the prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea based on the aromatherapy of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to providing more systematic references and reference for the research and prevention of dysmenorrhea.
