玫瑰是一种人们极其喜爱的观赏植物。简要介绍了古今中外玫瑰的种植和利用及玫瑰精油的功效情况;目前由于精油是玫瑰产业的主流,对精油提取方法和成分检测等方面的研究也进行阐述了。
