摘要
肠癌为发生于肠道的癌病类疾病,其中结直肠癌的发病率较高,并呈逐年上升趋势。化疗是治疗肠癌的重要方式,中医认为化疗药物属中医“药毒”范畴,虽会涤荡癌毒,化瘀散结,但也会损伤人体气血阴阳,致使五脏六腑功能失调,久之耗伤正气。笔者认为六经辨证体系同样适用于治疗肠癌化疗过程中引起的机体气血阴阳变化。化疗前邪气虽盛,阳气尚充,发为阳明病,随着化疗药物的应用,逐渐损伤机体阳气,故化疗初期见少阳病,而后传入三阴经,于化疗中期首见太阴病,病程迁延则见少阴病,末期以厥阴病为多见,以期为肠癌化疗患者的的临床治疗提供新的思路。
Intestinal cancer is a kind of cancer disease that occurs in the intestine,and the incidence of colorectal cancer is high,which is increasing year by year.Chemotherapy is an important way to treat intestinal cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that chemotherapy drugs belong to the category of‘drug toxicity’in traditional Chinese medicine.Although they will cleanse the cancer and dissipate blood stasis,they will also damage the qi,blood,yin and yang of the human body,resulting in dysfunction of the five internal organs and damaging the healthy qi for a long time.The authors believe that the syndrome differentiation system of six meridians is also suitable for treating the changes of qi,blood,yin and yang caused by chemotherapy of intestinal cancer.Although pathogens are abundant,yang qi is still sufficient before chemotherapy,the disease develops as Yangming disease.With the application of chemotherapy drugs,yang is gradually damaged,so shaoyang disease is seen in the early stage of chemotherapy,and then it is introduced into Sanyin meridian.Taiyin disease is first seen in the middle stage of chemotherapy,shaoyin disease is seen in the prolonged course,and Jueyin disease is more common in the end.It is expected to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
