摘要
共同富裕与城乡精神文明建设融合发展有着内在的逻辑联系,城乡精神文明建设以实现共同富裕为目标。同时,城乡精神文明建设融合发展是扎实推动共同富裕的必由之路。但目前我国城乡之间精神文明资源共享不畅、文化服务设施配置不合理、精神文明建设主体分布不均衡以及交流机制不完善等现状,仍是城乡精神文明建设融合发展的羁绊。面对客观形势,应从数字赋能城乡文明资源共享、优化公共文化服务供需体系、强化城乡人才要素双向流动、深化交流共享机制等方面入手,以实现城乡精神文明建设融合发展。
There is an inherent logical connection between common prosperity and the integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction,with the latter aiming to achieve the former.At the same time,the integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction is the inevitable path to solidly promote common prosperity.However,the current situation in China,including inadequate sharing of spiritual civilization resources between urban and rural areas,unreasonable allocation of cultural service facilities,uneven distribution of subjects involved in spiritual civilization construction,and imperfect communication mechanisms,are still the hindrances to the integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction.Facing these objective conditions,we should focus on empowering the sharing of urban and rural civilization resources through digital means,optimizing the supply and demand system of public cultural services,strengthening the two-way flow of talent elements between urban and rural areas,and enhancing the communication and sharing mechanisms,to achieve the integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction.
