摘要
通过检索中国知网2019-2024年发表的医院药学常见伦理与风险研究文献,纳入CiteSpace进行作者、研究机构、关键词的可视化分析。结果显示,在纳入分析的770篇文献中,2019-2024年医院药学伦理研究呈现缓慢下滑趋势,作者和团队之间合作较少且医院参与不足,共形成11个聚类、24个突现词。研究重点聚焦于劣药、安全用药和药学服务等领域。但受技术滥用引发伦理风险挑战,信息化背景下的药学服务等是未来研究热点,应在完善药学法律法规体系的同时加强药学伦理教育,以促进医院药学在法律与伦理框架内健康发展,提升药学服务质量。
Literature on common ethics and risks in hospital pharmacy published in CNKI from 2019-2024 was retrieved,and Citespace was used for visualized analysis of authors,research institutions and keywords.The results showed that among the 770literatures included in the analysis,research on hospital pharmacy ethics showed a slow decline during 2019-2024,with less cooperation between authors and teams and insufficient participation of hospitals,forming a total of 11 clusters and 24 emergent words.Researches focused on the fields of substandard drugs,medication safety,and pharmaceutical services.However,challenged by the ethical risks caused by the abuse of technology,pharmaceutical care under the background of information technology is a future research hotspot.It is necessary to strengthen the education of pharmaceutical ethics while improving legal and regulatory frameworks,so as to promote the healthy development of hospital pharmacy within the legal and ethical boundaries,and improve the quality of pharmaceutical services.
