摘要
为了进一步提升悬臂式掘进机控制效果,介绍一种悬臂式掘进机智能截割控制系统设计方案。该系统主要利用现场传感器对掘进机油缸压力、振动加速度及油缸位移等数据的检测与分析,判断掘进机运行状况,进而以此为基础,通过基于模糊算法的PID控制器进行控制,以此调节掘进机截割臂摆速,提升整个煤矿井下掘进作业效率与速度,有利于整个煤矿开采作业的顺利开展,确认该设计方案具有一定应用价值。
In order to further improve the control effect of cantilever TBM,a design scheme of intelligent cutting control system for cantilever TBM is introduced.The system mainly uses the field sensor to detect and analyze the data of the boring oil cylinder pressure,vibration acceleration and cylinder displacement,and judge the running condition of the boring machine.Based on this,the PID controller based on fuzzy algorithm is used to control the swing speed of the cutting arm of the boring machine,so as to improve the efficiency and speed of the whole underground mining operation.It is beneficial to the smooth development of the whole coal mining operation,confirming that the design scheme has certain application value.
