煤矿矿山爆破湿式降尘方案设计及现场试验

摘要 为深入探究煤矿矿山爆破作业环节湿式降尘方案设计方法与试验效果,在研究期间以某矿区生产期间使用的FCC-25型号防爆粉尘采样器为研究对象,并结合现场试验结果研究湿式降尘方案的可操作性与合理性。在研究期间明确了湿式降尘方案的设计原则、试验设备和材料、具体方案等内容。研究结果显示,水预湿+水封爆破的方案具有显著的除尘效果,除尘效率达到67.4%,可以满足煤矿矿场开采作业环境需求。 In order to further explore the design method and experimental effect of wet dust reduction scheme in coal mine blasting operation,the FCC-25 explosion-proof dust sampler used in the production period of a certain mining area was taken as the research object during the study period,and the operability and rationality of the wet dust reduction scheme were studied based on the on-site test results.Clarify the design principles,experimental equipment and materials,and specific plans of the wet dust reduction scheme during the research period.The research results show that the scheme of water pre wetting+water seal blasting has significant dust removal effect,with a dust removal efficiency of 67.4%,which can meet the environmental requirements of coal mine mining operations.
