摘要
文章首先探讨远控自动化技术的定义及主要技术组成,其次分析新港码头门座式起重机(以下简称门机)操作的现状,再次详细探讨远控自动化技术在门机散货作业操作中的应用和实施,最后进行设计与实施论证。该研究旨在为新港码头门机散货操作提供更安全、高效、智能化的解决方案,以满足现代港口运营的需求。
This paper first discusses the definition and main technical composition of remote control automation technology,then analyzes the operation status of gantry crane in Xingang Wharf,and finally discusses the application and implementation of remote control automation technology in gantry crane bulk cargo operation in detail,and carries out the design and implementation demonstration.The aim of this study is to provide a safer,more efficient and intelligent solution for the bulk cargo operation of gantry cranes at Newport Terminal to meet the needs of modern port operations.
