摘要
气阴两虚证是中医临床常见证型,病情隐匿渐进,病程缠绵反复,涉及多种疾病体系,给人们的生活造成困扰。构建动物模型是研究气阴两虚证的重要手段,现代生物学研究有助于认识该证的物质基础、效应机制以及其在疾病中发挥的作用。本文检索了气阴两虚证相关文献,发现该证模型制备方法以中医病因病机为原理,操作性强,分为单因素造模法、复合双因素造模法与复合多因素造模法。整理该证生化指标、影像学、组学技术、肠道菌群等相关文献,发现近期以病证结合研究为主,单纯对证候的研究有待于进一步开展。本研究为气阴两虚证动物模型的优化及临床治疗提供参考。
The syndrome of qi-yin deficiency is a common one in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,with which disease conditions are hidden and progressive,and the course of a disease is prolonged and recurrent.The syndrome is involved in a variety of disease systems,causing trouble to people's lives.Establishing animal models is an important means to study the syndrome,and modern biological research is helpful to understand its material basis,action mechanisms and roles in diseases.This article retrieves relevant literature on the qi-yin deficiency syndrome,finding that the preparation methods of this syndrome model are based on its TCM etiology and pathogenesis,with strong operability.These methods can be classified into single factor modeling,compound two-factor modeling and compound multi-factor modeling.After reviewing the relevant literature on the biochemical indicators,imaging,omics technology and intestinal flora of this syndrome,it is found that the recent studies on the syndrome mainly focus on the combination of some diseases and the syndrome,therefore research on the syndrome itself needs to be further carried out.This study is expected to provide a reference for the animal model optimization and the clinical treatment of qi-yin deficiency syndrome.
