摘要
作为后发赶超的关键举措,明晰颠覆式创新的驱动因素与现实路径对我国后发企业创新发展意义重大。新质生产力作为创新起主导作用的先进生产力质态,从“技术革命性突破、生产要素创新配置、产业深度转型升级”三方面,通过技术机会窗口、管理机会窗口和市场机会窗口三重维度为后发企业颠覆式创新提供强劲推动力与支撑力。然而,技术困境、组织错位和产业失衡等问题成为制约新质生产力赋能后发企业颠覆式创新发展的重要堵点,须从制度奠基、主体共治、多维突破和人才保障等多个领域发力,积极探索后发企业实现颠覆式创新的实践路径。
Clarifying the driving factors and practical pathways for disruptive innovation is crucial for the innovativedevelopment of latecomer enterprises in China as they pursue catch-up strategies. New productive forces,characterized by innovation-led advanced productivity, provides substantial momentum and support for disruptiveinnovation in latecomer enterprises through three dimensional windows of opportunity: technological, managerial,and market opportunities. This support manifests in three key aspects: "revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors, and deep industrial transformation and upgrading". However,challenges such as technological bottlenecks, organizational misalignment, and industrial imbalance hinder theeffective leveraging of new quality productive forces for disruptive innovation in latecomer enterprises. Addressingthese issues requires multifaceted efforts in areas such as institutional foundations, co- governance bystakeholders, multi-dimensional breakthroughs, and talent development. Active exploration of practical pathwaysfor achieving disruptive innovation is essential for latecomer enterprises.
