摘要
母乳低聚糖(human milk oligosaccharides,HMOs)是母乳中特有的碳水化合物,在哺乳早期的母乳中含量丰富,对婴儿的生长发育起关键作用。HMOs可作为肠道细胞反应调节剂、抗黏附的抗菌剂、免疫调节剂以及提供益生元效应。HMOs在调节肠黏膜屏障功能、抗感染以及促进免疫功能发育与成熟等方面发挥了重要作用,对婴儿近远期健康和降低某些疾病的发生风险产生深远影响。该文就HMOs对婴儿健康的影响进行综述。
Human milk oligosaccharides(HMOs)are the unique carbohydrates in breast milk,which are abundant in early lactation,and play a key role in infant growth and development.HMOs can be used as response regulators of intestinal cells,anti-adhesion antibacterial agents,immunomodulatory agents,and provide prebiotic effects.HMOs play an important role in regulating intestinal mucosal barrier function,anti-infection,and promoting the development and maturation of immune function,which have a profound impact on the short-term and long-term health of infant and reducing the risk of certain diseases.This article reviews the impact of HMOs on infant health.
