新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎外科手术治疗专家共识 被引量：64

摘要 新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizing enterocolitis，NEC）是新生儿期特有的一种累及回肠和／或结肠的肠道炎症坏死性疾病，在早产儿中尤为多见，是严重威胁新生儿生命的最常见疾病之一。近年来，随着早产儿救治技术的不断进步，早产儿病死率不断下降，但随之带来了NEC发病率的迅速升高。
