高学历中学教师更能培养拔尖创新人才吗?——基于PISA2022数据的实证分析

Can Highly Educated Secondary School Teachers More Effectively Cultivate Top-Notch Innovative Talents?:An Empirical Analysis Based on PISA2022 Data

摘要 推动高层次中学教师队伍建设是夯实拔尖创新人才培养基础的重要举措。然而,目前尚缺乏有力的研究来检验高学历教师对人才培养的具体影响和作用机制。基于PISA2022调查数据,运用多种回归分析方法探讨中学教师研究生学历背景与拔尖创新人才早期培养之间的关系。结果表明:1)学生的学业拔尖与创新特质呈中度相关;2)研究生学历教师占比越高,学校的学习性和创造性氛围越好,教学领导力正向调节研究生学历教师占比对学校氛围的影响路径;3)研究生学历教师占比越高,学校培养拔尖创新人才的概率越高,学习性氛围在其中发挥显著的正向中介效应,但创造性氛围的中介效应不显著。基于上述结论,建议正确看待拔尖与创新的关系,进一步提高中学教师研究生学历占比,发挥教学领导力的引领支持作用,探索创造性氛围的有效营造方式和作用路径。 Promoting the development of a high-caliber secondary school teacher workforce is a crucial strategy for establishing a solid foundation for the early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.However,there is a dearth of empirical research examining the specific impact and mechanisms of highly educated teachers on student learning outcomes.Utilizing data from the PISA2022 survey,regression analysis was employed to investigate the influence of teachers'graduate education background on the early development of top-notch innovative talents.The findings revealed that:1)a moderate correlation exists between students'academic achievement and their creativity;2)a higher proportion of teachers with graduate degrees contributes to a more conducive learning and creative environment in schools,with instructional leadership positively moderating the effect of this proportion on the school atmosphere;3)an increased proportion of teachers with graduate degrees enhances the likelihood of nurturing top-notch innovative talents,with the learning atmosphere playing a significant positive mediating role,while the mediating effect of the creative atmosphere is not statistically significant.Based on these results,it is recommended to properly treat the relationship between academic achievement and creativity,further increase the proportion of secondary school teachers with graduate degrees,and leverage the guiding and supportive role of instructional leadership,and explore effective strategies to foster a creative environment.
