摘要
深孔有压隧洞平板闸门小开度运行时,在闸前水头、闸门槽的影响作用下,闸后流态紊乱,水流紊动剧烈,容易引起底板失稳。基于FLOW-3D软件,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型、tru-VOF法对深孔有压隧洞平板闸门小开度闸后底板脉动压力进行数值模拟,并用物理模型试验结果对数值模拟结果所得到的闸后底板动水压力时均值、脉动压强概率密度和功率谱密度进行验证。结果表明:数值模拟结果与模型试验结果吻合较好,用数值模型模拟小开度平板闸门出流的水力特性是可行的和合理的。
Under the influence of the water head in front of the gate and the gate slot,the flow pattern behind the gate is disordered and the water flow is turbulent with the plane gate of the deep hole pressure tunnel with small opening operation,which is easy to cause the bottom plate instability.This paper adopts RNG k-εturbulent model and tru-VOF method to simulate the fluctuating pressure on the bottom plate behind a deep-hole pressure tunnel gate at small opening based on FLOW-3D software.The time-averaged values,probability density distribution and power spectral density of the fluctuating pressure along the course of bottom plate behind the gate are obtained by the simulation,and the numerical simulation are verified by physical model test results.The results show that the numerical simulation results are relatively in good agreement with model test results,and it is feasible and reasonable to use the numerical model to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of plate gate under small opening operation.
