摘要
当前,全媒体的迅猛发展形塑了主流文化传播的重要时代背景和变量。一方面,资本逻辑总是妄图“规训”全媒体,利用全媒体传播偏向性、滥用全媒体技术以削弱主流文化的主导地位。另一方面,我们党积极建设新型主流媒体,筑牢全媒体传播阵地,打造“四全”媒体以提升主流文化传播能效。在此背景下,我们必须坚持守正创新的重要方法论,巩固党的文化领导权,坚守社会主义意识形态安全底线,建构以社会主义核心价值观驾驭全媒体技术的伦理机制,探索推进主流文化传播的实践新路。
At present,the rapid development of all-media has shaped the context and variables of mainstream cultural communication.On the one hand,the logic of capital always tries to“punish”all-media,taking advantage of the bias of all-media communication,abusing all-media technology and weakening the dominant position of mainstream culture.On the other hand,our Party actively builds new mainstream media,establishes all-media communication positions,creates“four all-media”,and enhances the energy efficiency of mainstream cultural communication.Against this background,we must adhere to the important methodology of guarding integrity and innovation,consolidate the Party’s cultural leadership,hold fast to the bottom line of socialist ideological security,build an ethical mechanism for managing all-media technologies with socialist core values,and explore new ways to promote mainstream cultural communication practices.
