摘要
改革开放以来,媒体导向的文化制约,容易削弱媒体弘扬主流意识形态的职能。由于西方文化霸权对媒体发展的价值误导,资本逻辑对媒体改革的权力“规训”,互联网发展对从业人员的思想干扰,商业新媒体平台对传播通道的控制,媒体面临从党的“喉舌”和传播先进文化的主阵地蜕化乃至变质的风险。对此,必须坚持以公有制为主体推动媒体改革发展,针对主流媒体和新媒体不同特点加强从业人员思想政治教育管理,以商业新媒体平台为重点强化监管效能,抵制和防范不良文化对各类媒体的侵蚀,推动党的文化和新闻舆论事业进一步发展壮大。
Since the reform and opening up,the cultural constraints of media orientation have tended to weaken the media’s function of promoting mainstream ideology.Due to the misleading value of Western cultural hegemony on media development,the“disciplinary”power of capital logic on media reform,the ideological interference of Internet development on practitioners,and the monopoly control of commercial new media platforms on communication channels,the media are confronted with the risk of degeneration and even deterioration from being the“mouthpiece”of the Party and the main front of disseminating advanced culture.In this regard,it is necessary to adhere to the dominance of public ownership in the reform and development of media,strengthen the ideological and political education and management of practitioners in the light of the different characteristics of mainstream media and new media,strengthen the effectiveness of supervision with a focus on commercial new media platforms,resist and prevent the erosion of the media through undesirable cultures,and promote the further development and growth of the Party’s undertaking concerning culture,the press and public opinion.
