摘要
目的探究针灸康复护理对颈椎病患者临床指标、生活质量及康复效果的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月本院收入的130例颈椎病患者,按奇偶分组法分为对照组(65例),观察组(65例),对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予针灸康复护理模式。比较两组患者临床指标数据、生活质量、康复效果。结果观察组患者各项临床指标均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量中各维度评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者康复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对颈椎病患者,一般常规护理效果不理想,针灸康复护理是临床优质护理路径,可提高患者康复效果,提升生活质量,强化临床各项指标尽早恢复正常。
Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture rehabilitation nursing on clinical indicators,quality of life and rehabilitation effect of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 130 patients with cervical spondylosis from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(65 cases)and observation group(65 cases)according to odd-even grouping method.The control group was given conventional nursing mode and the observation group was given acupuncture rehabilitation nursing mode.The clinical index data,quality of life and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results All clinical indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of rehabilitation in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with cervical spondylosis,the effect of conventional nursing is not ideal.Acupuncture rehabilitation nursing is a high-quality clinical nursing path,which can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,improve the quality of life,and strengthen the clinical indicators to return to normal as soon as possible.
