摘要
目的探讨分析针灸推拿与理疗康复相结合治疗颈椎病的护理方法与护理效果.方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月期间于该院收治的98例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用针灸推拿、理疗康复联合治疗.按照不同的护理干预方法将98例患者分为对照组和实验组,每组49例患者.对照组给予基础护理,实验组给予综合护理,对比两组结局.结果实验组49例的护理有效率98.0%大于对照组81.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组49例护理后的护理满意度评分、健康知识掌握度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论颈椎病应用针灸推拿、理疗康复的同时,联合综合护理干预,可进一步提高患者的治疗效果,可提高患者对自身疾病的认知,促使患者积极配合临床治疗护理.
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing methods and effects of acupuncture and massage combined with physical therapy and rehabilitation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 98 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with acupuncture and massage combined with physical therapy and rehabilitation.According to different nursing intervention methods,98 patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing,and the outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the 49 cases in the experimental group was 98.0%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores and health knowledge mastery of 49 patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,the application of acupuncture and massage,physical therapy and rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis can further improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve patients'cognition of their own diseases,and promote patients to actively cooperate with clinical treatment and nursing.
