摘要
针对传统小型垃圾收运设施垃圾暴露、运输效率不高等问题,提出以深埋式垃圾桶直收直运新模式取代传统转运模式进行废弃物回收,在该模式下将深埋式垃圾桶作为选址研究对象,建立以总建设及运营维护成本、运输成本和用户负效用最小化为目标的多目标混合整数规划模型。该模型可同时作出深埋式垃圾桶选址,设桶数量以及需求点的废弃物推荐分配三个决策。最后在上海市某区域进行深埋式垃圾桶选址,验证该模型的可行性。求解得到一系列有效选址方案,希望能够为相关管理部门引入深埋式垃圾桶直收直运新模式提供决策支持,具有重要的理论和实用价值。
This paper proposes to replace the traditional transfer mode with the new mode of direct collection and direct transportation of Semi-Underground garbage. Aiming at the problem of garbage exposure and inefficient transportation in traditional garbage collection and transportation facilities, a multi-objective mixed-integer programming model is introduced to optimize the Semi-Underground garbage location problem in the network and minimize both of the annual total cost and the average daily undesirable effect.The model can simultaneously make three decisions on facilities location, the capacity of each facility and the assignment of generation points among facilities selected. A numerical example of Shanghai is presented to illustrate the feasibility of the location model and provide a series of effective schemes for decision makers with different preferences. A series of effective site selection schemes are obtained, which are expected to provide decision support for relevant management departments to introduce a new mode of direct collection and transportation of Semi-Underground garbage.
