摘要
【目的】将快时尚产品绿色配送作为路径研究对象,取代传统忽略车辆排放的快时尚车辆路径决策模式。【方法】建立以车辆总运输成本和碳排放量最小化,以及门店客户满意度最大化为目标的多目标整数规划模型。考虑现实背景以及企业不同追求,采用加权法为相关目标函数设置三组不同的权重,利用Gurobi商业求解器对上海市某快时尚服装品牌企业数据进行求解,对求解结果深入分析。【结果】基于可靠数据得出一系列对快时尚产品配送具有极强针对性的结论与管理启示。【结论】通过计算求解表明模型是合理有效的,且当前快时尚产品城市配送在绿色配送方面有较多可以改进的空间。
[Purposes]Green distribution of fast fashion products is taken as the object of path research to replace the traditional fast fashion vehicle path decision-making mode which ignores vehicle emissions.[Methods]The multi-objective integer programming model is established and its goal is to minimize the total vehicle transportation cost and carbon emission,and maximize the customer satisfaction of stores,the weighting method is adopted to set three different weights for the relevant objective functions from the perspective of logistics distribution enterprises and fast fashion brand apparel enterprises.Gurobi commercial solver was used to solve the data of a fast-fashion brand in Shanghai,and in-depth analysis was made on the solution results.[Findings]It got a series of highly targeted conclusions and management enlightenment based on reliable data.[Conclusions]The calculation results show that the model is reasonable and effective,and there is much room for more improvement in green urban distribution of fast fashion products.
