摘要
目的分析检测活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、D-二聚体(DD)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)对胃肠癌患者的临床价值。方法选取2019年3月-2021年6月收治的胃肠癌患者80例(研究组)以及同期在我院进行健康体检的健康人员80例(对照组)作为研究对象。分别采用免疫比浊法、凝固法检测DD、PT、FIB、TT、APTT,对比分析两组凝血各项指标差异和患者临床分期与凝血各项指标差异。结果两组TT、APTT、PT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DD、FIB水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者FIB、DD水平均高于Ⅰ期组,Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者FIB、DD水平均高于Ⅱ期组,Ⅳ期患者FIB、DD水平高于Ⅲ期组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠癌患者凝血功能差,且凝血功能能一定程度反映胃肠癌患者临床分期,凝血指标检测对临床诊断胃肠癌具有较高的价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),D-Dimer(DD),prothrombin time(PT)and fibrinogen(FIB)in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2021(Study Group)and 80 healthy persons who underwent physical examination in our hospital in the same period(control group)were selected as the research objects.DD,Pt,FIB,TT and APTT were detected by immunoturbidimetry and coagulation respectively.The differences of coagulation indexes,clinical stage and coagulation indexes between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of TT,APTT and Pt between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of DD and Fib in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of FIB and DD in stageⅡ,ⅢandⅣpatients were higher than those in stageⅠgroup,those in stageⅢandⅣpatients were higher than those in stageⅡgroup,and those in stageⅣpatients were higher than those in stageⅢgroup(P<0.05).Conclusions The coagulation function of patients with gastric cancer is poor,and the coagulation function can reflect the clinical stage of patients with gastric cancer to a certain extent.The detection of coagulation index has high value in the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer,which is worthy of popularization.
