排放和气象条件对大连市两次静默期大气污染物的影响

Impact of Emissions and Meteorological Conditions on AtmosphericPollutants during the Two Silent Periods in Dalian City

摘要 对2020—2022年大连市两次静默期10个空气质量监测站的PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、NO_(2)和SO_(2)的浓度与历年同期(2014—2019年)进行对比分析,并探讨风向变化的贡献。结果表明:(1)2014—2022年大连市PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、NO_(2)和SO_(2)的浓度均呈极显著下降趋势,主要是政府减排政策与疫情期间人为减排的贡献。(2)大连市新冠疫情静默期,PM_(2.5)、PM10、NO_(2)与SO_(2)的浓度较常年明显降低,降幅分别为42%、46%、30%和39%,单月最大降幅分别为43%、38%、31%和66%,其中SO_(2)的减排,除疫情影响,主要是供暖单位污染减排的贡献。(3)大连市新冠疫情静默期,中心区域站与非中心区域站相比,PM_(2.5)的变幅高1%~7%,PM10的变幅差异不明显,NO_(2)的变幅高8%~14%,SO_(2)的变幅高1%~14%。(4)大连市新冠疫情静默期大气污染物浓度的大幅降低,主要是社会经济和公众活动的大量减少导致的减排所致,考虑期间风速、风向对污染物浓度上升的促进作用,人为减排的污染物浓度降幅更大。 In order to explore the impact from social economy and public activities on the concentration of atmospheric pollutants in Dalian city,Liaoning province,this paper compared and analyzed the concentrations of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),NO_(2) and SO_(2) at 10 air quality monitoring stations during the two silent periods as a countermeasure for controlling the COVID-19 epidemic in Dalian from 2020 to 2022 with those in the same period over the previous years(from 2014 to 2019),and discussed the role of change in wind direction in this regard.The results show that:(1)From 2014 to 2022,the concentrations of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),NO_(2),and SO_(2) in Dalian showed an extremely significant downward trend,mainly due to the emission reduction policies of the Chinese government and the reduction in anthropogenic emissions during the epidemic period.(2)During the silent periods in Dalian,the concentrations of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),NO_(2) and SO_(2) were significantly lower than those in the normal years,with a decrease of 42%,46%,30%and 39%,respectively,and in particular,the maximum monthly decrease reached 43%,38%,31%and 66%,respectively.In addition to the impact from the epidemic,the reduction in emission of SO_(2) was mainly attributable to the pollution reduction measures taken by heating companies.(3)In the silent periods,the amplitude of PM_(2.5) at the central regional station was 1%-7%higher than that at other regional stations,the amplitude of PM_(10) was not significantly different,the amplitude of NO_(2) was 8%-14%higher,and the amplitude of SO_(2) was 1%-14%higher.(4)It could be concluded that the reduction of atmospheric pollutant concentration in Dalian during the silent periods was mainly due to the reduction of social economy and public activities.Considering the promoting effect of wind speed and direction on the increase of pollutant concentration during the period,the actual decrease in pollutant concentration caused by human emission reduction is greater.
