摘要
目的评价新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情期间隔离政策及社会管控措施对杭州市环境空气质量的影响。方法通过杭州市生态环境监测中心,本研究收集2018年11月23日—2019年5月22日,2019年11月23日—2020年5月22日时间段杭州市11个环保国控站点的NO_(2)、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、CO、SO_(2)以及O_(3)六项污染物浓度。根据政府管控措施,将时间划分为隔离期前,隔离期和隔离期后,分析COVID-19疫情期间杭州市空气质量的变化特征,并与2019年同期进行纵向对比。结果除O_(3)外,其余五项污染物浓度均有明显下降,浓度降幅为NO_(2)(51.74%)>PM_(10)(41.14%)>PM_(2.5)(39.14%)>CO(25.78%)>SO_(2)(15.38%),NO_(2)下降幅度最大,O_(3)浓度显著增加(85.31%)。2020年隔离期和隔离期前相比,该六项指标差异均有统计学意义(H=77.207、40.706、37.191、64.616、40.910、-53.618,P均<0.05),2019和2020年隔离期相比差异有统计学意义(W=32.428、18.138、23.852、43.329、71.188、4.299,P均<0.05)。结论疫情期间,杭州市相关隔离管控措施在一定程度上减少了污染物的排放,空气质量得到显著改善。
Objective To describe the change of air quality in Hangzhou in 2020during COVID-19pandemic,and to understand the impact of quarantine and other social management and control measures for COVID-19 on air quality in the city.Methods The air quality data were retrieved form Hangzhou environmental monitoring center,and the concentrations of SO_(2),CO,NO_(2),O_(3),PM_(2.5)and PM_(10)were collected from 11National environmental protection monitoring stations in Hangzhou between Nov.23,2018and May 22,2019as well as between Nov.23,2019and May 22,2020.Based on the implementation of government management and control measurements for COVID-19,we divided the study period into pre-quarantine,during quarantine and postquarantine,and the air quality was compared.Results In 2020during COVID-19pandemic,the concentrations of NO_(2),PM_(10),PM_(2.5),CO and SO_(2)dropped by 51.74%,41.14%,39.14%,25.78%and 15.38%,while the concentration of O_(3)increased by 85.31%,the differences were all statistically significant compared to those in 2019pre-pandemic(H=77.207,40.706,37.191,64.616,40.910,-53.618,P<0.05).Compared with the isolation period in 2019and 2020,the difference was statistically significant(W=32.428,18.138,23.852,43.329,71.188,4.299,P<0.05).Conclusions During the COVID-19pandemic in 2020,the overall air quality in Hangzhou has been significantly improved partially due to the quarantine measures which reduce the emission of air pollutants.
