摘要
精确求解液滴基础物理公式Young-Laplace方程组,理论上可获得比量高法、圆及椭圆拟合法、曲线拟合法更高精度的接触角值,但该方程组的非线性多变量微分属性影响了其求解速度、精度和可靠性。针对欧氏距离做Young-Laplace方程组目标函数的不足,提出使用曲线相似度作为目标函数,利用改进DTW算法对其求解。同时,运用变步长网格搜索法、遗传算法和粒子群算法等多种优化算法对液滴的实际轮廓进行寻优拟合,得到了最接近实际轮廓的理论曲线。根据得到的理论曲线,利用Young-Laplace方程组计算出液滴的接触角,并与常用的测量方法进行对比。结果表明,本方法测量简便、结果准确、可靠性高,测量误差小于0.1°,是一种可行的接触角测量方法。
The precise solution of the droplet basic physical formula Young-Laplace equations can theoretically obtain the contact Angle values with higher accuracy by the high ratio method,the circle and ellipse fitting method,and the curve fitting method.However,the nonlinear multivariable differential property of the equations makes the speed,accura-cy and reliability of the practical solution affected by the solving algorithm.Aiming at the deficiency of using Euclidean distance as the objective function of Young-Laplace equations,this paper proposes to use curve similarity as the objec-tive function,and solves it by using improved DTW algorithm.At the same time,a variety of optimization algorithms such as variable step-size grid search method,genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to opti-mize and fit the actual contour of the droplet,and the theoretical curve closest to the actual curve is obtained.Based on the obtained theoretical curves,the contact angles of the droplet were calculated by using the equations of Young-La-place and compared with the commonly used measurement methods.The results show that the method is simple and ac-curate with a measurement error of less than 0.1°,and is a feasible contact angle measurement method.
