摘要
以表面活性剂OPB-15、破乳剂PR-1和PR-2、互溶剂异丙醇和二乙二醇丁醚为原料,研制出了一种新型助排剂NC-1。确定了最佳配方:m(OPB-15)∶m(PR-1)∶m(PR-2)∶m(异丙醇)∶m(二乙二醇丁醚)=2∶2∶1∶1∶1。性能评价结果表明,NC-1具有良好的溶解性、配伍性和热稳定性,能显著降低工作液界面张力,无乳化倾向,并且生产工艺简单,使用方便,可用于油气井酸化作业中配置酸化液。
A new effective flow - back improver NC - 1, which could decrease the interfacial tension of working fluid greatly,was prepared with surfactant OPB- 15, demulsifiers PR- 1 and PR- 2, and mutual solvents isopropanol and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether as raw materials. The optimum composition was determined as follows: m( OPB - 15) : m ( PR - 1 ) : m ( PR - 2) : m (isopropanol) : m ( diethylene glycol monobutyl ether) = 2 : 2 : 1 : 1 : 1. Performance evaluation results showed NC - 1 had good solubility, compatibility and thermal resistance without tendency to emulsify. NC- 1 could be easily produced and could be applied in acidizing fluid composition.
