特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中多不饱和脂肪酸测定方法比较研究

摘要 国家标准对特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中营养成分含量有严格规定,选择准确可靠的测定方法尤为重要。文章采用酸水解-提取法、碱水解-提取法和乙酰氯-甲醇法对5种特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品进行前处理,内、外标法进行定量,测定亚油酸、α-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸(ARA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量,分析不同特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品测定方法的适用性。结果表明,酸、碱水解-提取内标法适用于5种特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中多不饱和脂肪酸的检测,乙酰氯-甲醇外标法仅适用于早产/低出生体重婴儿配方、乳蛋白部分水解配方和无乳糖配方食品中多不饱和脂肪酸的检测。研究结果可为特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品质量控制和监管提供技术依据。 The national standard has strict regulations on the content of nutrients in infant formula for special medical purposes,and it is particularly important to choose accurate and reliable determination methods.In this paper,5 kinds of infant formula for special medical use were pre-treated by acid hydrolyzation-extraction,alkali hydrolyzation-extraction and acetyl chlorine-methanol method,quantification was carried out by internal and external standard method,and the contents of linoleic acid,α-linolenic acid,arachidonic acid(ARA)and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)were determined to analyze the applicability of different pre-treatment methods for infant formula for special medical use.The results showed that the acid and alkali hydrolyzation-extraction internal standard method was suitable for the detection of polyunsaturated fatty acids in 5 special medical infant formula foods,and the acetyl chlorine-methanol external standard method was only suitable for the detection of polyunsaturated fatty acids in premature/low birth weight infant formula,partially hydrolyzed milk protein formula and lactose-free formula foods.The results of this study can provide strong technical support for the quality control and government supervision of infant formula for special medical purposes.
