摘要
阐述了婴幼儿配方奶粉中脂肪过氧化值的测定方法,比较了有机溶剂浸泡过夜法、氨水水解法和有机溶剂直接萃取法对过氧化值的影响;比较了不同提取溶剂对过氧化值的影响。结果表明:直接萃取法实验结果较好,采用乙醚做提取剂,优化的条件为乙醇使用量为100mL,乙醚的使用量为120mL,通过计算,该方法的重复性限为0.56mmol/kg。样品质量分数重复性限在3.89-10.43mmol/kg范围内均适用。
The determination method of fat peroxide value in infant formula milk powder was studied. Three methods of fat extracted were compared, including organic solvent extract for overnight, ammonia water hydrolysis and the organic solvent extraction directly. The effect of different extraction solvent on the yield of fat extracted and peroxide value was compared. The results indicated that the third method was the best, and ether was the best solvent. The optimal conditions were as follows: 100 mL of ethanol usage amount, and 120 mL of ether usage amount. After calculation, the repeatability quantitation limit of this method was demonstrated to be 0.56 mmol/kg, and the effective repeatability range of sample content was between 3.89-10.43 mmol/kg.
