摘要
在医疗模式深度转型、患者对医疗服务品质需求持续攀升的背景下,医患沟通能力培养已成为医学教育体系的核心要素。该研究深入剖析医学教育中培养医学生医患沟通能力的积极意义,并通过优化课程架构、建立监督考核奖罚制度、早期进行临床实践教学、推广社区实践与志愿服务等方式,探寻切实可行的医患沟通能力培养路径。
In the background of profound transformation of medical model and continuous rising of patients'demand for medical service quality,the training of doctor-patient communication skills has become a core element of medical education system.This study deeply analyzes the positive significance of cultivating doctor-patient communication skills of medical students in medical education,and explores practical and feasible pathways for doctor-patient communication skills training through the optimization of curriculum architecture,establishment of supervision,evaluation,and award/punishment system,early implementation of clinical practice teaching,and promotion of community practice and volunteer service.
