摘要
目的:了解口腔医学专业型硕士医患沟通水平及焦虑状况。方法:对不同院校的口腔医学专业型硕士展开问卷及焦虑量表调查。结果:绝大多数研究对象出现过医患沟通障碍,且多数人在医患沟通时有焦虑情绪,男女间有显著性差异。结论:口腔医学专业型硕士的医患沟通水平有待提高。院校应多举措并行以提高医患沟通水平并关注研究生的心理健康。
Objective:To understand the level of doctor-patient communication and anxiety status of master's degree candidates in oral medicine.Methods:Questionnaires and anxiety scales were used to survey master's degree candidates in oral medicine from different institutions.Results:Most research subjects have encountered obstacles in doctor-patient communication,and most of them experience anxiety during doctor-patient communication,with significant gender differences.Conclusion:The level of doctor-patient communication among master's degree candidates in oral medicine needs to be improved.Institutions should take multiple measures to improve doctor-patient communication and pay attention to the mental health of graduate students.
