摘要
目的:探讨淫羊藿在精液异常男性不育症患者中的应用及对精液相关指标、生殖内分泌的影响。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月于广州中医药大学第三附属医院治疗的男性不育症患者226例,随机分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和研究组(在对照组基础上应用淫羊藿治疗),各113例。对比两组临床疗效、精液相关指标及生殖内分泌激素水平。结果:研究组临床有效率高于对照组(P=0.012);治疗后,两组精子活动率、精液量、精子密度指标均优于治疗前,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组睾酮、雌二醇、促黄体生成素水平升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用淫羊藿治疗精液异常男性不育症患者,可以提高临床疗效,改善患者的精液指标、生殖内分泌激素水平。
Objective:To investigate the application of epimedium in male infertility with abnormal semen and its effects on semen related indexes and reproductive endocrinology.Methods:A total of two hundred and twenty-six male infertility patients treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(conventional Western medicine treatment)and the study group(on the basis of control group treatment with epimedium),one hundred and thirteen cases each.The clinical efficacy,semen related indexes and reproductive endocrine hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.012);after treatment,the indexes of sperm motility,semen volume and sperm density in both groups were better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of testosterone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of epimedium in the treatment of semen abnormal male infertility can improve the clinical effect,semen index and reproductive endocrine hormone level of patients.
