摘要
目的探讨生精1号膏方治疗男性少弱精引起不育症的临床效果。方法将2019年5月—2020年6月期间该院不孕不育门诊收治的210例少弱精引起不育症患者作为研究对象,中医辨证分型为肾阳虚证。区组随机化方法分为对照组和研究组,各105例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组给予生精1号膏方治疗,均持续治疗3个月。治疗前后对患者精液进行理化分析,观察两组精子密度和精子活力的变化,并比较临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗3个月后精子密度、快速向前运动精子(A级)、向前运动精子(A级+B级)比例和血清睾酮(T)水平均较治疗前升高,促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗3个月后上述精液理化特征指标和血清FSH、LH、T水平均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组临床总有效率分别为84.76%(89/105)、61.90%(65/105),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论生精1号膏方能明显提高肾阳虚证少弱精不育症患者的精子密度和活力,调节生殖激素水平,疗效和安全性均较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shengjing No.1 Ointment(生精1号膏方)on infertility caused by oligospermia and asthenospermia.Methods A total of 210 cases of infertility caused by oligospermia and asthenospermia in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,105 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was given Shengjing No.1 Ointment for 3 months.The changes of sperm density and sperm motility were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the sperm density,the ratio of fast forward moving sperm(Grade A)and forward moving sperm(Grade A+B)and serum testosterone(T)level in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,while the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were decreased(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the above semen physical and chemical characteristics and serum levels of FSH,LH,T of the study group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 84.76%(89/105)and 61.90%(65/105),respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Shengjing No.1 Ointment can significantly improve the sperm density and motility of infertile patients with deficiency of kidney Yang syndrome of oligoasthenospermia and regulate the level of reproductive hormone,with good efficacy and safety.
