摘要
针对目前高职毕业生就业仍然存在结构性矛盾,部分毕业生的社会感知、认同度和工作满意程度较低,呈现出一种客观状态与主观状态感知的矛盾,高质量就业的实现愈来愈难的现状,提出结合当前新时代高职学生的特点,突破传统的就业模式,强化学生职业生涯规划和就业指导相结合的育人模式,将科学的职业生涯发展教育理论与实践相结合,充分发挥学生职业生涯规划的“三全育人”内涵建设,是高校实现高质量就业的必由之路。
At present,there are still structural contradictions in the employment of the vocational college graduates.Some graduates have low social perception,identification,and job satisfaction,presenting a contradiction between objective and subjective perception.The realization of high-quality employment is becoming increasingly difficult.Therefore,combining the characteristics of vocational college students in the current new era,breaking through traditional employment models,strengthening the education model that combines student career planning and employment guidance,combining scientific career development education theory with practice,and fully leveraging the“Three Comprehensive Education”connotation construction of student career planning are the only way for universities to achieve high-quality employment.
