摘要
适逢2022年5月新修订职业教育法的颁布,职业生涯教育进入法治化轨道,但从法治层面达至具体实施层面,尚需对其进行适切的学理解释与学科化呈现。据此,在揭示其要点的基础上,通过阐解职业启蒙、职业认知、职业体验与职业规划等基本环节与内容,明确了体现普职融通理念、秉持生涯发展取向、贯彻产教融合宗旨、契合技能型社会构建要求等基本特征与内在意蕴,进而通过对其本土性、学科性、复杂性与体系性等问题的思考,试图为职业生涯教育的实施提供有效的参照。
With the promulgation of the newly revised Vocational Education Law in May 2022,career education has entered the track of legalization.However,from the legal level to the specific implementation level,it still needs appropriate theoretical interpretation and disciplinary presentation.Accordingly,on the basis of revealing its key points,by explaining the basic links and contents such as career enlightenment,career cognition,career experience and career planning,this paper defines the basic characteristics and internal meaning of reflecting the concept of general vocational integration,adhering to the orientation of career development,implementing the purpose of industry education integration,and facilitating the construction of a skilled society;and then,through the reflection on its localization,discipline,complexity and systematicity,it tries to provide an effective reference for the implementation of career education.
