The Construction Path of High-Level Professional Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Reform of Vocational Education

摘要职业教育高考改革是我国迈入高等教育强国之列的重要战略决策,也是高等职业教育发展的必然选择。在职业教育高考改革要求下,诸多高职院校着手于高水平专业群的建设,旨在培养符合当前社会发展需求的各行业一线应用人才。然而,现行高职院校专业群建设已不能满足职业教育高考改革要求,面临专业人才培养目标同一化严重、专业设置与产业岗位匹配度欠佳、专业群管理与教学信息化程度欠佳和专业教学实践基地建设不完善等困境。要提升高职院校高水平专业群建设的实效性,须强化高职院校专业群结构设计、明确专业群差异化就业岗位培养、完善专业群教学实训场地建设、提升高职院校专业群管理水平。 The reform of college entrance examination of vocational education is an important strategic decision for our country to step into the powerful country of higher education and an inevitable choice for the development of higher vocational education.With the reform of college entrance examination of vocational education,many higher vocational colleges begin to construct high-level professional groups,aiming at training applied talents in various fields.However,the current construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges can not meet the requirements of the reform of college entrance examination,which is faced with some difficulties,such as the serious unity of professional training objectives,the low degree of matching between professional setup and industry posts,the low degree of information-based management and teaching of professional groups,and the imperfect construction of professional teaching practice bases.In order to improve the actual effect of the construction of high-level professional groups in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the structure design of specialty groups,make clear the differential job training of specialty groups,perfect the construction of teaching and training sites of specialty groups,and improve the management level of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges.
