摘要
目的 了解中药在老年抑郁症治疗方面的研究现状与热点,为老年抑郁症的治疗提供参考和方向。方法 利用中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)等文献检索平台,筛选中药治疗老年抑郁症相关文献,基于CiteSpace 6.1.R6对中药治疗老年抑郁症的知识图谱进行可视化分析。结果 经筛选共获得227篇文献。中药治疗老年抑郁症相关文献发表数量总体呈上升趋势,但仍缺乏深入且大规模的研究。作者贡献分析表明,作者间合作较为分散,缺乏密切交流。机构合作分析显示,北京市昌平区中西医结合医院是发文量最多的机构。关键词分析显示,老年抑郁症主要影响生活质量,同时临床疗效也备受关注。关键词聚类分析提示,血压、肝气郁结等疾病可能与抑郁症有关。结论 老年抑郁症逐渐引起研究者关注,但有关中药治疗老年抑郁症的研究相对不足,且作者和机构间合作较为分散。鉴于抑郁症的高发率,需要加强关注和研究。
Objective To understand the research status and hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of senile depression,and provide reference and direction for in-depth study of senile depression.Methods Using CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other literature retrieval platforms,the literature was screened based on CiteSpace 6.1.R6,and the knowledge map of treating senile depression with TCM was visually analyzed.Results After screening,227 effective literatures were obtained.Visual analysis shows that the number of literatures on the treatment of senile depression with TCM is on the rise,but compared with other fields,related research is still scarce,lacking in-depth and large-scale research.The analysis of authors’contribution showed that the cooperation among authors is scattered and lacks close communication.The analysis of institutional cooperation showed that Changping District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Beijing is the institution with the largest number of articles.Keyword analysis showed that senile depression mainly affects the quality of life,and the clinical efficacy is also concerned.Keywords cluster analysis suggested that blood pressure,stagnation of liver qi and other diseases may be related to depression.Conclusion Senile depression has gradually attracted the attention of researchers,but the research on the treatment of geriatric depression with TCM is relatively insufficient,and the cooperation between authors and institutions is scattered.In view of the high incidence of depression in society,it is necessary to strengthen research and attention.
