摘要
目的 探讨对神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, CSR)患者采用针刺“五输穴”联合桂枝加葛根汤的临床治疗效果。方法 非随机选取2023年1—12月佛山市高明区中医院收治的100例CSR患者,根据治疗方法不同分为联治组(n=50)与常规组(n=50),常规组予以普通针刺,联治组予以针刺“五输穴”联合桂枝加葛根汤治疗,比较两组疗效。结果 联治组颈椎功能障碍评分(16.28±3.59)分、疼痛评分(10.56±1.71)分均低于常规组的(22.11±4.76)分和(19.93±3.92)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.914、15.492,P均<0.05)。联治组的基底动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(systolic blood flow velocity, Vs)和舒张期峰值血流速度(end-diastolic blood velocity, Vd)、椎动脉Vs和Vd均快于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 针刺“五输穴”联合桂枝加葛根汤治疗CSR的临床疗效确切。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture of the′Five Shu Points′combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods From January to December 2023,100 CSR patients admitted to Gaoming District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Foshan City were non-randomly selected and divided into combination treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according of different treatment methods.The control group received regular acupuncture,while the combination treatment group received acupuncture of the"Five Shu Points"combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The score of Neck Disability Index was 16.28±3.59 and the score of Mc Gill was 10.56±1.71 in the combined treatment group,were lower than 22.11±4.76 and 19.93±3.92 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.914,15.492,both P<0.05).The basal artery systolic blood flow velocity(Vs),basal artery end-diastolic blood velocity(Vd),vertebral artery Vs,and vertebral artery Vd were faster than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture of the"Five Shu Points"combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction in the treatment of CSR is definite.
