摘要
目的探讨针灸联合桂枝加葛根汤治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的应用效果.方法选取2021年1月—2022年10月济宁市中医院收治的86例CSR患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用牵引治疗,观察组在此基础上采用针灸联合桂枝加葛根汤治疗,均持续4周.对比两组的临床疗效、颈椎疼痛、颈椎功能、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表评分分别为(0.98±0.21)分、(16.18±3.51)分,均低于对照组的(1.44±0.30)分、(22.40±3.67)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的上肢麻木、头沉重、颈肩寒凉、颈部僵硬疼痛评分分别为(0.65±0.10)分、(0.58±0.13)分、(0.77±0.18)分、(0.43±0.10)分,均低于对照组的(0.89±0.14)分、(0.79±0.16)分、(1.11±0.15)分、(0.62±0.12)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组均未见明显不良反应.结论针灸联合桂枝加葛根汤能提高CSR疗效,减轻患者颈椎疼痛,改善颈椎功能,降低中医证候积分,安全性良好.
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods 86 patients with CSR admitted to Jining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traction,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain visual analogue scale score and neck disability index score of the observation group were(0.98±0.21)points and(16.18±3.51)points,respectively,which were lower than(1.44±0.30)points and(22.40±3.67)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper limb numbness,head heaviness,neck and shoulder cold,neck stiffness and pain in the observation group were(0.65±0.10)points,(0.58±0.13)points,(0.77±0.18)points and(0.43±0.10)points,respectively,which were lower than(0.89±0.14)points,(0.79±0.16)points,(1.11±0.15)points,(0.62±0.12)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction can improve the efficacy of CSR,relieve cervical pain,improve cervical function,reduce TCM syndrome score,and have good safety.
